The engagement ring has been making headlines for its size and its exclusivity. Jeweler Iñaki Torres said that the piece features a central oval-cut diamond flanked by two triangular-cut stones, weighing an estimated 40 to 45 carats and valued at no less than $6.5 million.
“It’s comparable to Elizabeth Taylor’s engagement ring, one of the most iconic in history,” Torres notes.
