Celio Saab, son of Elie Saab, and Zein Qutami are now husband and wife. The stylish and deeply in love couple said “I do” this Friday afternoon in a spectacular wedding held in Beirut, the capital of Lebanon. Around 1,000 guests attended, many from high society and the international fashion world. As expected, the event was filled with luxury, elegance, and style and became one of the biggest social occasions of the year in the Middle Eastern country.
In the official photos released this Saturday, the newlyweds are seen beaming with joy, sharing tender and romantic moments throughout a day they’ll surely never forget. The bride captivated everyone in a custom gown covered in sparkling lace, paired with a flowing veil that added to her breathtaking look. Celio Saab, son of renowned haute couture designer Elie Saab, looked equally elegant in a sharp dark suit with a bow tie as he made his way down the aisle.
The newlyweds exchanged vows of eternal love during a religious ceremony held at 6:30 p.m. in the Bkerki church. Afterward, the lavish wedding banquet took place at the exclusive Faqra Club, where the couple owns a private residence. That is also where the celebrations came to a close, following days of festivities that began on Thursday with a pre-wedding party. Guests enjoyed an incredible 10-tier wedding cake and admired the beautifully decorated tables, softly lit with candles.
Among the guests was Spanish top model Nieves Álvarez, who witnessed the incredible wedding firsthand. “There are celebrations that leave a mark,” said the businesswoman and TVE presenter about the experience. “This weekend I had the honor of witnessing an unforgettable wedding in Beirut, a vibrant city full of history, emotion, and beauty,” she shared. “A night to remember. The love they shared was truly inspiring. Congratulations, Celio and Zein,” the model added, reflecting on how magical the entire evening was while sharing several photos from the celebration.
The couple met in June 2021 in Dubai and felt an instant connection, beginning a romance that gradually grew stronger until their engagement in June 2024. He designed the ring for her during that special moment, as she later revealed. Now they have taken the next step in their relationship by getting married and celebrating their love in the idyllic setting of Faqra, a picturesque mountain village known for its Roman ruins and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean.
Originally from Jordan, Zein Al Qutami works as a social media account manager at Cosmopole Consultancy, a prominent marketing and public relations agency. Beyond her striking beauty, it was her strong personality and high standards that won over Celio Saab. “What I admire most about her is how true she is to her values. She knows exactly what she wants and stands by her decisions with great confidence and calm,” he said in an interview.
