The couple was spotted cruising around before carrying their Italian takeout inside, looking sweet, unbothered, and perfectly happy in their little spring love bubble.
But she wasn’t the only Cyrus making headlines that day—her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, went full hard launch with his new girlfriend, Elizabeth Hurley.
The “Achy Breaky Heart” singer popped up on Hurley’s Instagram in a PDA-filled Easter post that surprised pretty much everyone. In the photo, Billy Ray—wearing bunny ears—leans in to kiss the actress, who’s rocking braids, a cowboy hat, and a big smile.
She kept the caption simple: “Happy Easter,” but the post sparked a flurry of comments like, “Wait... what?” and “Who else totally did not have this on their 2025 bingo card?” Heidi Klum left some supportive red heart emojis, but let’s just say the internet is still processing.
Fans quickly realized this might’ve been brewing for a minute. Back on April 9, Hurley shared a bikini video from the Maldives set to Billy Ray’s 1992 song “She’s Not Cryin’ Anymore”—and yep, he liked it. Her son, Damian Hurley, also added a string of red heart emojis and follows Billy Ray on Instagram, so this soft launch was right there in plain sight.

Billy Ray’s relationship news comes almost a year after he filed for divorce from Firerose in May 2024. That relationship raised eyebrows, especially with their 27-year age gap—Firerose is just two years older than Miley.
With Elizabeth, that won’t be an issue. She’s 58, just four years younger than him, and also no stranger to the public eye or high-profile romances.
Both Hurley and Billy Ray have been through very public breakups. He was married to Miley’s mom, Tish Cyrus, for nearly 30 years before their split in 2022. Hurley was married to Indian businessman Arun Nayar until 2011.
