Coinciding with the Spanish royals' visit to Egypt, Donald and Melania Trump are currently on a State Visit to the United Kingdom. Last night, while the Spanish royals toured the colossal and sacred pyramids of Giza, the U.S. President and First Lady attended a majestic state banquet at Windsor Castle.

They were joined by several members of the British Royal Family, including King Charles III, Queen Camilla, Prince William of England, and Kate Middleton, who looked radiant in a floral lace dress and her favorite tiara, the Lover’s Knot. However, she wasn’t the only one to shine that evening with a dazzling piece of jewelry.

It was the perfect match for the Lover’s Knot tiara, the favorite of Princess Diana. The late Princess of Wales wore it on numerous occasions after receiving it as a wedding gift from Queen Elizabeth II in 1981. T

The tiara dates back to 1913 when Queen Mary commissioned it from Garrard, the royal jeweler. It’s a spectacular piece, featuring 19 diamond arches adorned with 39 pearls. On this occasion, the current Princess of Wales paired it with oval diamond earrings that once belonged to King Charles III’s mother.

A sapphire tiara for Queen Camilla:

Given the grand occasion, Queen Camilla also wore a tiara. The wife of King Charles III appeared in an elegant blue gown with flared sleeves and embroidery at the hem, designed by Fiona Clare. She chose the Belgian Sapphire Tiara, one of Queen Elizabeth II’s most treasured pieces, which the late monarch had personally commissioned.

Camilla paired it with a triple-strand diamond necklace by Cartier and matching bracelets that once belonged to the Queen Mother. This tiara stands out thanks to its sapphires, especially the large central one. It was originally a necklace owned by Princess Louise of Belgium and was transformed into a tiara by Queen Elizabeth II in the 1960s.

A personal tiara for Princess Anne:

Princess Anne also attended the state dinner with the U.S. President. In honor of the colors of the British flag, she wore a white jacket and midi skirt ensemble. As her main piece of jewelry, the daughter of Queen Elizabeth II wore the Cartier Aquamarine Pineflower Tiara.

This tiara was commissioned by King George VI in the 1930s as an anniversary gift to his wife, the then Queen Consort Elizabeth, later known as the Queen Mother. Crafted by Cartier, it features a platinum base with diamond pine motifs and rectangular-cut aquamarines. Princess Anne received it as a wedding gift from her grandmother when she married Mark Phillips.

The honeysuckle tiara with a palm motif:

A fourth guest who wore a striking tiara was the Duchess of Gloucester, wife of Prince Richard, who is a second cousin of King Charles III. She wore the Gloucester Honeysuckle Tiara, originally commissioned by Queen Mary in the 1910s from the jeweler E. Wolff & Co., using diamonds from older pieces.

With a stylized palm tree shape, the tiara has an interchangeable central element that can feature diamonds, pink topaz, or emeralds. Before reaching her, it was given as a wedding gift to Princess Alice when she married Prince Henry in 1935. Prince Henry was the father of Prince Richard, the husband of the current Duchess of Gloucester, Birgitte.
