A Princess in Palm Beach. Princess Olympia of Greece recently hosted an intimate breakfast at the Brazilian Court Hotel in Palm Beach Florida. Pollo ropa vieja, short rib empanadas and tostones were among the dishes on the menu at the chic event. Olympia's breakfast was part of Moda Operandi's five day takeover and pop up at the historic landmark hotel. The event, held at the hotel's Café Boulud on Friday, April 11, celebrated the luxury label Agua by Agua Bendita, which was founded by Mariana Hinestroza and Catalina Álvarez in 2003.

"It was such a joy to have Mariana and Catalina join us in Palm Beach. I’ve loved the brand for years now, not only for their ready-to-wear but their commitment to supporting female artisans in Colombia," Olympia exclusively told HOLA! USA.

While in Palm Beach, the Princess attended other Moda Operandi events, including a Skin Design London masterclass and breakfast, and lunch and salon-style presentation with Johanna Ortiz.

Olympia, 28, was tapped as a contributing editor for Moda Operandi earlier this year. "I’m so excited to be contributing to Moda," the Princess, who interned at Moda Operandi in 2017 while completing her fashion business degree at New York University, said in a statement back in February. "I’ve long admired the team’s strong point of view and editorial voice. It truly is the ultimate platform for fashion discovery. I can’t wait to share the world’s best fashion with my audience and a new generation of Trunkshow shoppers."

In a press release announcing Olympia's newly-created role, the platform for fashion discovery noted that the Princess would be "lending her unique point of view, curating a dedicated edit of her shopping picks, appearing in exclusive editorials, co-hosting events with global emerging and established designers, and working with Moda’s Editorial and Social teams on ad-hoc special projects."

Crown Princess Marie-Chantal reacted to Moda Operandi's announcement about her daughter on Instagram, commenting: "Proud mama ❤️."

Olympia is the eldest of Marie-Chantal and Crown Prince Pavlos' five children. The Crown Prince was one of 10 members of the Greek royal family who had their Greek citizenship reinstated late last year. On Dec. 23, 2024, the royal family's private office shared, "It is with deep emotion that, after thirty years, we hold the Greek citizenship again. The law of 1994 deprived us of our citizenship, rendering us stateless with all that this entails in terms of individual rights and great emotional distress."

Pavlos' father, Constantine II, the last King of Greece, ascended the throne in 1964 and reigned until 1973. The republic referendum in 1974 brought the Crowned Democracy of Greece to an end. "Our father and our family fully respected the result of the 1974 referendum. However, the provision of the 1994 law on citizenship, a result of the political status at the time, was not befitting of a former head of the Greek state and an institution that served the country faithfully. The passing of our father marked the end of an era," the royal family's private office said in their announcement last year.

"Prerequisite for the reinstatement of our nationality was to declare a surname thus, we chose the one chosen by our late uncle, Michel De Gréce, that was the only familiar one to us since our family never bore a surname," the announcement continued. "During the years we were deprived of our citizenship, we were driven by the duty and honor of serving our country with loyalty and devotion from wherever we were, with all our means. The same principles will continue to guide the course of our family."
