Lauren wore a gray tweed and lace minidress from John Galliano’s Fall 1998 ready-to-wear collection for the house. “A beautiful evening at Dior celebrating Jonathan Anderson. Wearing vintage Dior by John Galliano, Fall 1998,” she captioned an Instagram post from the event.
The rare dress, featuring delicate cream lace at the bust and hem, with barely-there straps, perfectly balanced Galliano’s romantic aesthetic with Sánchez’s signature confidence.
