Amal Clooney looked absolutely flawless in NYC with one of her most fun and stylish looks ahead of summer. The barrister enjoyed a warm Friday evening in New York City, turning heads in a chic Stella McCartney cherry-print mesh dress.
The human rights lawyer was all smiles stepping out for a double date with her husband George Clooney and their longtime friend, U2 frontman Bono. The A-list trio were spotted leaving Manhattan’s Polo Bar, a Midtown classic known for its old-school glamor.
The strapless dress, which is part of Stella McCartney’s current collection, is inspired by a distinctly ’90s vibe, perfect for summertime. Including a cream mesh and covered in clusters of deep red cherries, the dress was a stylish choice for a date night.
She also wore gold Gianvito Rossi Plexi Pumps, a black clutch, and fun dangly gold earrings. She styled her hair in loose waves, and rocked her signature natural-glam makeup look, including a subtle smokey eye.
The midi-length gown also featured elegant ruching at the back, hugging her silhouette and showcasing her stunning figure. Meanwhile, George looked elegant in a navy suit paired with a black polo shirt and sleek dress shoes.
The actor, who is enjoying his success on Broadway, capped his look with a casual gray baseball hat. Their dining companion, Bono, looked sharp in a black suit, paired with his signature rose-colored glasses. While his wife, Ali Hewson, wasn't spotted with them, the Clooneys and the Hewsons have been close for years.
Amal has been making more stylish outings. Most recently, in Osaka, Japan, at the 2025 Cartier Women’s Initiative Impact Awards, where she wore a golden gown that accentuated her figure perfectly with a subtle corset effect.
The outing comes after the Clooneys hosted an exclusive gathering backstage at George’s Broadway show, 'Good Night, and Good Luck,' at The Winter Garden Theatre. The guest list included many famous faces, including, Hillary Clinton, Dr. Chelsea Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, Tanya Taylor, and more.
