Lauren Sánchez and Kim Kardashian continue to go strong with their friendship. The pair have been inseparable in recent years, attending the same events and spending quality time during their outings. The pair share similar interests, including their passion for fashion, as one of their first encounters was in 2023 when they went head-to-head for an archival Balenciaga dress.
The result of the auction was unexpected and made their friendship even stronger. “We’ll share it!” Kim said to Vigue at the time, adding, “I thought, you wear it once, I’ll wear it once, it’ll be so cute!”
Kim described Lauren as “such a girl’s girl,” and talked about their friendship. “Lauren and I are always sending DMs building each other up,” she said. “Every time there’s a look that we like, she’ll say, ‘WOW,’ or, ‘OMG you look amazing.'"
Fast forward to 2025, the pair continue to share special moments together. Kim and Lauren recently spent time together at two different Oscars events, including the Chanel and Charles Finch Pre-Oscar Dinner at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
Lauren looked stylish in a black Chanel dress featuring a velvet bustier. The former journalist paired the look with nude sparkly heels and a black chain-link handbag. She accessorized with a delicate necklace and a statement ring.
Lauren rocked a glamorous makeup look, including a smoky eye and a pink glossy lip, and styled her honey-blonde hair in loose waves. Meanwhile, Kim wore an all-black look, which consisted of a corset top and a semi-sheer skirt, paired with black stilettos and a black bag.
Following the Oscars ceremony, the pair wore stunning looks at the Vanity Fair after-party, stepping out in white ensembles. Lauren wore a bridal look featuring a long train and feathered hem, paired with Lorraine Schwartz Colombian emerald and natural diamond earrings.
Lauren posed with Kim inside the event. The reality star wore a custom Balenciaga Haute Couture white strapless ballgown. Kim styled her hair slicked back and wore no jewelry for the occasion.
