The Australian Open is the first major Grand Slam of the year. After some months of rest, the highest-ranked tennis stars from all over the world are back on the courts, showing off their best moves and setting a precedent for their 2025 season. It's an important occasion, and thus a perfect opportunity for wearing their coolest tennis outfits.

Tennis is a fashionable sport. While the fashion on the court has evolved over the years, it's always fun to have a look at some of the colors and styles that are trending this season, usually adapted to lean clothing items that allow players to play as comfortably as possible. Here are some of our favorite on-court looks this tournament.

Coco Gauff's awesome bodysuit

Coco Gauff loves to make a fashion statement. Earlier this week, she wore an outfit inspired by her favorite Marvel superheroes and her dad.

"This outfit, I'm a huge Marvel fan and a lot of the female superheroes have cool cutouts on their outfits, so that's what I wanted to do," she said, addressing the bodysuit with an open back.

She also explained that her shoes, which are white with green soles, also had a special meaning. “My shoes are inspired by basketball shoes, because that's the sport my dad wanted me to play, but I'm glad I chose tennis," she said.
