Miss Universe season has officially kicked into high gear, and the energy around the 74th edition is the kind that makes even the calmest beauty-pageant veteran check their pulse. With 121 delegates lighting up Thailand, the race to find the successor of Victoria Kjær Theilvig, the Danish queen who charmed the world in 2024, is fully underway.

The pageant hasn’t even reached its climax, and it’s already pulsing with glamorous chaos, cultural fusion, and enough sequins to blind half of Bangkok.

A Global Spectacle With a Thai Twist

Thailand knows how to host a show. The country has turned Miss Universe 2025 into a multi-week festival that blends elegance with adventure. Think couture gowns paired with waterpark escapades, traditional Thai dinners, and rehearsals that stretch long past sunset.

Delegates are juggling media appearances, cultural events, fittings, and the subtle art of staying fabulous while dealing with humidity that could flatten even the bravest blowout.
