Is Bad Bunny hinting at a European tour? Here are all the clues

You may have noticed something different if you've been obsessively refreshing Bad Bunny's Spotify page. The song "Europa :(" from his 2025 album "Debí Tirar Más Fotos" just did a full 180. Say goodbye to the sad face and hello to "Europa :)." That little emoji swap is doing a lot of heavy lifting, and fans are already decoding the not-so-subtle clue: an international tour announcement could be imminent.

Earlier this year, Bad Bunny announced a blockbuster 21-date concert residency titled "No Me Quiero Ir de Aquí" at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico, a true love letter to his homeland. The shows, running all summer long, are set to support his emotionally raw and visually striking new album "Debí Tirar Más Fotos," which dropped on January 5, 2025.

The first nine shows are exclusively for Puerto Rican residents, and that's no accident. Bad Bunny has always made it a priority to center his career around his roots. This residency is as much about celebrating Puerto Rico as it is about launching a new era in his music.

Longtime Benito fans know he's not one for boring press releases. Instead, he loves to sneak big news into visuals, lyrics, or cheeky social media posts. This time, he did it in a song.

The original version of "Europa :(" had this melancholy message: "Su vuelo con destino a Europa ha sido cancelado. Estad pendientes a las próximas fechas disponibles. Gracias." (Translation: "Your flight to Europe has been canceled. Stay tuned for the next available dates. Thank you.")

But the new version now says: "Atención, por favor. Queremos informarles que ya hay vuelos disponibles con destino Europa. Gracias por su espera. (Translation: "Attention, please. We want to inform you that flights to Europe are now available. Thank you for your patience.")

If that's not the reggaeton equivalent of a tour confirmation, we don't know what is.

What Could an International Tour Look Like?

Although no official tour dates have dropped (yet), the signs are all there. The album's global success, the updated song hint, and the timing with the end of his Puerto Rico residency all suggest that Europe (and likely the rest of the world) is next in line.

Once the tour is officially announced, expect instant sellouts, server crashes, and tears of joy (and frustration) as fans scramble for tickets. This could easily be one of the biggest global tours of the decade.

So, if you've been putting off renewing your passport or you've been wondering if it's finally time to book that trip to Madrid, Paris, or Berlin, consider this your sign.
