Channing Tatum is facing some unforeseen challenges. The actor shared a photo from the hospital, revealing that he had to undergo surgery.

"Just another day. Another challenge. This one is gonna be hard. But whatever. Let’s get it in," he captioned the post. Tatum's girlfriend, Inka Williams, shared words of encouragement in the comments. "Big bad wolf," she wrote, adding a heart emoji. "We got disss."
Tatum and Williams have been together for about a year, with the two getting together months after the end of Tatum's engagement to Zoe Kravitz. The pair have been photographed spending time together at events and vacations. Most recently, they welcomed the New Year in Costa Rica, with them photographed enjoying the beach and the water together.
In his Instagram stories, Tatum shared more details about his injury, revealing that he'd undergone surgery to repair a broken shoulder. He shared photos of his X-rays, showing the shoulder before surgery and afterward.
"Separated shoulder. Screwed shoulder. Yay," he wrote over the images.

Tatum hasn't shared more details of his injury, but he's known for being an active guy and even doing his own stunts on some of his films.
In an interview published in Variety this September, Tatum revealed that he was injured while working on the film "Avengers: Doomsday." According to the article, Tatum had a limp while speaking to the reporter, with him having to rely on his stunt double for most of the action scenes.
“We had tons more shooting,” Tatum said. “It’s not about the pain I feel in the moment. It’s knowing I can’t take this back. And now I know what the next six months of my life will be like … I just hate getting old. In my mind, I’m literally still 30 years old — 26, if I’m honest.”
In the near future, Tatum is involved in various films, including "Josephine," which recently premiered at the Sundance Film Festival, and "Doomsday," where he's reprising his role as Gambit.
