Gisele Bündchen is expanding her real estate profile. The 45-year-old supermodel already owns three Miami properties, including the Surfside home she currently shares with jiu-jitsu boyfriend, Joaquim Valente, and their newborn son, but she just quietly dropped $14.5 million on a fourth place. And not just anywhere: this one is right next door.
According to DailyMail, the new house is tucked inside Surfside’s ultra-exclusive waterfront strip, the same neighborhood she’s held down for years, long before her divorce from Tom Brady.
From the outside, the place looks exactly like what you’d expect from a Miami megamansion: palm-lined grounds, a long gated driveway, and a private boat dock that pushes straight out into Biscayne Bay.
The property listing called it the “ultimate coastal lifestyle,” complete with six bedrooms, six bathrooms, top-of-the-line appliances, and its own spa.
Gisele bought the original lot with intentions to rebuild on it in 2022, right after her split from Brady, and she’s been renovating the existing Surfside house she shares with Valente. So with her latest purchase, it seems like she's building a full-on family compound.
Sources around Surfside say Valente has been spotted coming and going from the new pad in recent weeks. The couple spends time bouncing between their Surfside home and the $9 million ranch they bought outside Fort Lauderdale.
The couple has had a whirlwind romance. They got together the same year she finalized her divorce, and made things official in June 2023. They welcomed their son this February, with the jiu-jitsu trainer always wanting a family. The model also shares Vivian Lake, 11, and Benjamin Rein, 15, with the retired quarterback.
Her circle in the neighborhood is equally high-profile. Brady still lives across the water on Indian Creek Island, aka the “Billionaire Bunker,” alongside neighbors like Jeff Bezos, Ivanka Trump, and Jared Kushner.
Gisele has been photographed having lunch on Ivanka’s megayacht, and both women train with Valente, so it's a very Miami, close circle of rich people. Time will tell what the new blended family has in store for the properties, but one thing is for sure, their son will have a lot of space to roam around in.
