It's no secret that celebrities get plastic surgery, but most choose to keep it a secret. But lately, there's been a trend of younger stars being honest and open about the work they've done. Kylie Jenner, for example, broke the internet when she gave fans the secret to her boob job. The latest to come clean is Sami Sheen.
The 21-year-old daughter of Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen took to Instagram this week to reveal everything she’s had done, and it’s a nice list. She showed off her transformation with before-and-after shots.
The work was done over 7 years with the model thanking "god." “7 years difference… thank god for hair extensions, lip filler, boob job, nose job, veneers, and kiss 2 on FaceApp,” she wrote.
What procedures has Sami Sheen had?
Sami, who’s become one of OnlyFans’ most recognizable faces, has never been shy about her procedures. Earlier this year, she doubled down on her transparency: “Apparently I’ve pissed off a lot of people by getting a nose job, so I figured I would piss off even more people by telling you guys all the work I’ve gotten done,” she joked.
Her beauty breakdown includes lip filler (first at 18, still going strong with yearly touch-ups), breast implants, two nose jobs, veneers, and hair extensions.
But she’s also learned what not to do. “I got Botox in my forehead and I hated it,” she admitted. “I actually got it to lift my eyebrows, but it did the complete opposite. It weighed my whole face down… it looked horrible.” She's said she let it dissolve naturally and hasn't gotten it since.
The veneers were another hard lesson. “That was the worst process ever,” she said, adding she hopes they last “20 years because I never want to experience that again.”
She decided to get a rhinoplasty after trying nose filler to make it straight and lifted. Her next procedure was her breast implants, and she's going to get them bigger when she can. "'I feel like I could've gone bigger and I really wish I went bigger,' before declaring, 'When the time comes to get them redone I'm definitely going bigger," she said.

She documented her rhinoplasty with celebrity surgeon Dr. Deepak Dugar, opening up about why she wanted it in the first place. “High school was very hard. I had to deal with kids bullying me. People would say that I looked like my dad,” she revealed. “I actually got a comment the other day from somebody saying, ‘You’ll never be as pretty as your mom.’”
Now she's making a lot of money on OnlyFans, which helped her pay for the procedures that made her feel more confident.
