Dua Lipa lit up the Kaseya Center last night, September 26, as her Radical Optimism World Tour made its Miami stop. The British pop sensation is set to perform again tonight, September 27, giving fans a second chance to experience the spectacle.
This visit marks her return to the Magic City after first opening her Future Nostalgia tour there in 2022. The evening was nothing short of dazzling — confetti, fireworks, and immersive visuals turned the arena into a vibrant explosion of color and light.
Her performance unfolded in four distinct acts, beginning with two standout tracks from Radical Optimism: “Training Season” and “End of an Era.” From there, she blended in favorites from her 2020 Future Nostalgia era, including “Hallucinate” and “Break My Heart,” alongside fan-favorite collaborations like “Electricity” and “Levitating.”
The stage itself was designed as a massive wave, echoing the imagery of her latest album. This unique setup created constant motion as Lipa and her dancers glided up and down the steps, weaving between the main stage and the b-stage.
She opened the show in a striking gold bodysuit — the first of about five costume changes that kept the energy and visuals fresh throughout the night.
Midway through the second act, Lipa delivered a surprise tribute to Miami’s own musical legacy, covering Gloria Estefan’s iconic “Conga.” Backed by her full live band — complete with trumpets, drums, and horns — she transformed the moment into a full-on celebration, drawing the entire arena to their feet.
In addition to the show-stopping production, Lipa stood out for her personal touch. Defying the distance many artists keep these days, she stepped down to connect directly with fans at the barricade. She chatted with the crowd, posed for selfies, and shared genuine moments with her supporters. One especially dedicated fan even revealed he had driven all the way from Nashville to be part of the Miami performance.
