Anyone who follows Georgina Rodríguez on social media has seen how toned she is. Just like her fiancée Cristiano Ronaldo, physical exercise is a very important part of her life. Despite her busy schedule, she makes time to train and tone in the gym she has at home, mixing up different workouts like a pro.
But that doesnt mean she's skipping meals. Georgina is a true foodie who enjoys gourmet products. Thanks to the Netflix documentary Soy Georgina, we’ve learned about her love for Iberian products, and on more than one occasion, we’ve even seen her get hands-on in the kitchen, most memorably with her viral tortilla de patatas recipe.
In one of her latest Instagram stories, the model and entrepreneur (who has over 70 million followers on the platform alone) shared a glimpse of one of her recent workouts, alongside two photos of meals. One shows a sort of “mixed plate” featuring what looks like pan-fried eggs, beef fillets, and sausages, all served with a portion of basmati rice.
It may not be a dish a nutritionist would recommend for regular consumption; according to medical communities, red meat should be eaten only occasionally. Processed meats like sausages are also advised to be consumed sparingly. But this is the kind of meal that can still fit into a balanced lifestyle.
Another meal she shared was beautiful and delicious: fresh strawberries paired with what looks like cottage cheese, ricotta, or requesón, topped with seeds like chia or poppy. It looked like a tasty treat to satisfy your sweet tooth and was packed with nutrients.
Wedding mode
Georgina always stayed in shape, but now that she has a wedding on the way, we can expect her to lock in even more. She and Ronaldo broke the internet earlier his month when they announced their engagement after dating since 2016.
She showed off the GIANT diamond ring on Instagram, speculated to be valued at no less than $6.5M, with some guessing it could be up to $15M depending on the stones.
The next move is obviously the wedding. Hopefully, it doesn't take as long as the engagement did.
