This year’s MGK Day in Cleveland wasn’t just about him. On Sunday, August 10, Machine Gun Kelly turned the spotlight on his daughter, Casie Baker, in a way she’ll never forget. Just weeks after turning 16 in July, Casie got the ultimate surprise, her dream car, an Acura TLX, wrapped with a giant red bow.
The emotional moment unfolded in front of fans and quickly made its way across social media. Casie was visibly surprised as the sleek black Acura arrived. She immediately ran into her dad’s arms, enjoying the moment. But before she could slide into the driver’s seat, MGK offered one golden rule.
“What’s the No. 1 rule?” he asked. Without hesitation, Casie replied, “Don’t drive like your dad.” “Exactly — don’t drive like me,” MGK said with a laugh.
Now Casie is waiting to pass her upcoming driving test, which, according to her dad, she may actually pass before he ever does. During an appearance on Today with Jenna & Friends just days before the event, MGK admitted that Casie will likely get her license before him.
“Something about this family and driver’s licenses,” he told Jenna Bush Hager. “She missed some mark, and now she can’t get it until September. Either way, she’ll get hers before mine. I still don’t have mine.” Casie, born in 2009, is MGK’s daughter with ex Emma Cannon.
Despite her dad’s fame, the two share a close bond. Casie has accompanied her father to award shows and red carpet events, including the 2025 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards, where she told People, "[He] definitely gives a lot of advice. He’s more like a hype man, though."
Casie isn’t just making headlines for her birthday car gift. In April, MGK posted a video of them dancing and DJing at his birthday party, showing off their playful relationship. And for her Sweet 16, they rocked matching cowboy hats, white for him, and sparkly pink for her.

The singer and his ex, Megan Fox, welcomed their daughter, Saga Blade, on March 27. In a June performance on Today, he explained the significance behind her name. “The five years of her culmination of coming, disappearing, coming back again… she is an epic story, and that’s what Saga means.” The name also nods to Norse mythology, where Sága is the goddess of storytelling.
MGK, now a father of two, didn’t hold back when giving credit to the actress. Speaking about parenting baby Saga, he praised Fox: “I want to detract any of, like, the congrats to me, and just move it to Megan, because she really does all the work.”
