In videos posted online, fans and guests captured the moment when the Royals arrived at the box, with McConaughey standing up and remaining on his feet as the audience members clapped for them.
Other members of the box followed in McConaughey's example, standing for the royals.

While the Royals were expected to attend the match, Princess Charlotte and Prince George were a surprise, with the two making their first appearance at the sporting event.
