Madonna is turning up the heat this Pride Month. The 66-year-old Queen of Pop proves age is just a number as she shares a striking new photoshoot on Instagram featuring a series of braless, bed-bound poses. Captioned with an empowering message: “Love the skin you’re in”, the steamy images are a bold tribute to the LGBTQ+ community and a celebration of self-expression, body confidence, and enduring star power.
Photo one showed the Like a Virgin hitmaker lying on a white sheet as she donned a white tank top and nude-colored shorts. Madonna could also be seen holding a small bouquet of white flowers.
The second image is a close-up shot of the pop superstar holding the flowers closer to her glossy pink lips. Madonna got a little racier in her third photo, as she ditched her boy shorts and flowers, bared her polka-dot underwear, which featured a red bow, and donned thigh-high nude-colored pantyhose.
Her penultimate image was another close-up shot of the Express Yourself singer. Madonna brought back her small bouquet of white flowers, and she wrapped one half of a flower with her lips.
The final image is another close-up of the performer as she shows off her nude makeup palette whilst her blonde locks cover up her left eye. Captioning the photo carousel on Instagram, Madonna wrote: “Love the Skin you’re in. Happy Pride 🏳️🌈🩵”
She also used the hashtag#veronicaelectronica, a reference to her upcoming album Veronica Electronica, an eight-track companion to Ray of Light “originally envisioned by Madonna as a remix album in 1998”.It will be released on July 25 on silver vinyl and digitally.
Her followers flocked to the comments section to share their reactions to her hot photoshoot.One fan said: “The most beautiful woman in the world.” A second user penned, “Warm, romantic, sexy as F. Nobody does it better than Queen @madonna.” Another follower commented: “THIS IS AN ANGEL GUYS.” A fourth person wrote: “Oh, Madonna, you’re absolutely GORGEOUS!!”
Even Úrsula Corberó, who once met Madonna by sheer chance on a flight, couldn’t resist joining the chorus of admiration. Taking to Instagram, the Money Heist star dropped what might be the most Spanish compliment ever: “Qué guapa 💖🌪️🌪️.”
Last year, Madonna, who is nicknamed the ‘Queen of Pop’, reminded her LGBTQ fans that she would not be here if it was not for them. The Instagram video featured clips of herself performing Truth or Dare in 1991, as well as photos of Pride marches and protests, whilst an instrumental version of her 1990 hit Vogue played in the background.
She captioned the Instagram reel with, “When Truth or Dare was released in 1991, I had no idea it was going to cause such a stir. But that could be said of most of the things I do!! I simply wanted to capture the world. I was living in, and share it with the world. I am forever grateful to the gay community that has always supported me from day one!!!”
