During one of her latest social media videos, the actress shared one of her go-to beauty secrets for maintaining her hair in top condition, a simple, fast root cover-up by Schwarzkopf she uses when she’s on the move. Sofia explained that she sprays the product "super fast" and "nobody notices anything.”
This trick helps her mask gray hairs and regrowth between appointments. “It’s my favorite, favorite, favorite,” she added, making it clear that even her most glamorous looks are often the result of quick, practical fixes.
This is not the first time Sofia has revealed her favorite beauty products. During an interview with Who What Wear, she admitted that she credits sun protection for her youthful looks. “I haven’t had my face in the sun without protection since the ’90s,” she said, adding that she always wears sunscreen and a visor.
“I used to love products and would try anything. You name it—you tell me to put cement under my eyes, and I'd try it. But unfortunately, now all the fun is gone for me,” she explained. “I can't really wear rich moisturizers or rich oils. Now I have to keep it simple," she told Health Magazine.
Sofia explained a big part of her daily ritual, which includes chamomile tea with a spoonful of collagen. When it comes to her diet, the actress has made sure to develop healthy habits throughout her career. Sofia consumes plenty of fruits with antioxidant properties, such as blueberries, and infusions like green tea or chamomile.
