Back in 2018, Cher and DeGeneres took over a dry bar and surprised fans by giving them hair makeovers. The duo teased each other and tried to sabotage each other's makeovers before settling on some epic and colorful wigs. "It’s @Cher’s birthday, so I turned back time... and watched this clip 12 times," Degeneres wrote in the caption.
The former host even serenaded Cher, trying her best to remember the lyrics. Degeneres also questioned the song's lyrics, asking Cher if she wrote her famous anthem, to which she admitted, "No." "If you can reach the stars, you can't really give them to someone because they would be hot. That doesn't even make sense," she jabbed.
