Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's legal battle continues. The 'Gossip Girl' actress is seemingly in fear of having her personal conversations with her celebrity friends shared without her consent, and her legal team is requesting a protective order for her private texts, avoiding the actor's team potentially "leaking" them to the press.

"There is a significant chance of irreparable harm if marginal conversations with high profile individuals with no relevance to the case were to fall into wrong hands,” Meryl Conant Governski stated on Thursday, during a virtual court hearing in Manhattan federal court.

“There are 100 million reasons for these parties to leak information because the PR value is greater than complying with the court’s orders," the request continued, adding that they need an 'Attorney's Eyes Only' category for the sensitive information for the texts and medical records.

Meanwhile, Baldoni's legal team admitted they agreed, stating they have "no intention" of violating the court's order as Lively's medical records and texts should not be disclosed.

The actor's lawyer, Bryan Freedman, added that the actress and her husband Ryan Reynold's plan would unjustly treat “celebrity people” and “people who are powerful in the industry” differently from other people.

“I think the model order protects everyone," Freedman stated, claiming that his team has “gone to great lengths to not mention third parties by name," he continued. "We shouldn’t be put in a position where we are the ones that have to run to court every single time just given attorney’s eyes only protection … My client has a right to defend themself.”

The request comes after Baldoni's lawyer talked to TMZ during an interview and hinted that he would want to depose Lively's "megacelebrity friend" Taylor Swift, because “anyone that reasonably has information that can provide evidence in this case is going to be deposed.”
