"Thank you for sharing your wisdom," Ivanka wrote on social media after reading 'A Woman Makes a Plan' by Maye Musk. "It truly resonated with me!" Ivanka explained. In her book, she shares personal stories and shows a glimpse at her life as a single mother and her professional career as a model and dietitian.
Ivanka and Maye have many similarities, mainly their commitment to a healthy and active lifestyle and their focus on family life while still moving forward with their careers. The former first daughter has documented her daily workouts and meditation on social media.
"Since moving to Miami, I have shifted my focus to weightlifting and resistance training, and it has been transformative in helping me build muscle and shift my body composition in ways I hadn’t imagined," she wrote on Instagram. "These are the cornerstones of my workout, emphasizing functional strength for life."
