Earlier this month, Mendes reminisced about a hilarious Christmas skit that she made with her partner, Ryan Gosling. "An oldie but a goodie," wrote Mendes on an Instagram post, sharing a screenshot of a skit she and Gosling shot in 2011, shared by the channel Funny or Die.
The skit finds the two reciting and acting out the poem "Twas the Night Before Christmas," with the two wearing old-timey outfits and reciting the lines while looking straight at the camera.
Her followers loved the throwback. "It’s beautiful thinking about the fact that in the sketch you had two daughters and now you two have two daughters in real life," reads a comment.
