Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella of Monaco are growing up fast! The 10-year-old twins, alongside their parents, Princess Charlene and Prince Albert, welcomed France's President Emmanuel Macron and First Lady Brigitte Macron on Saturday as the first couple began their state visit to Monaco.

The children looked charming, with Gabriella wearing a white dress, flats and her hair styled half up, while her twin brother Jacques sported a navy suit and tie. Their mother Charlene oozed elegance dressed in a mint green jacket from Dior, which she teamed with white trousers.

Upon the couple's arrival at the Princier Palace, Princess Gabriella presented the French first lady with a posy. The Prince's Palace of Monaco shared footage of the royals greeting the president and his wife, as well as photos of Charlene and her kids with Brigitte. Alongside the images on Instagram, the palace wrote (translated to English): "Complication, commitment and convictions," adding, "On the occasion of the state visit of the President of the French Republic, HRH Princess Charlène had the pleasure of receiving Madame Brigitte Macron this Saturday, June 7, for a private walk in the gardens of the Princier Palace. In this setting known for her calmness and elegance, the Princess and the First Lady shared a moment of sincere exchange, marked by deep benevolence and common commitments to the youth."

"HRH Princess Charlene, invested in drowning prevention and education through sports, and Madame Brigitte Macron, mobilized for inclusion, education and the fight against bullying, have found a ground for complicit dialogue, similar to the strong ties that unite France and Monaco," the caption continued. "Crown Prince James and Princess Gabriella very naturally joined their mother on this walk, bringing a relaxed and lively presence to this exchange moment. Their appearance, simple and spontaneous, gave the stage a familiar tone, reminiscent of the direct, human connections that unite France and Monaco from generation to generation."

Back in 2023, Prince Albert told Monaco-Matin (via Monaco Life) that there was "no precise age at which" Gabriella and Jacques would start performing official duties. Albert said at the time, “We will wait and make that decision when the right opportunity presents itself. We are very careful to move slowly towards these obligations, and to not overexpose them when they are too young. When they are older, of course, they will become more involved in different activities, events, ceremonies… It’s important to do things gradually, without forcing [them].”
