Game, set, match! The Miami Open will be serving more then just tennis this month. This year's tournament presented by Itaú will include theme days that celebrate culture, empowerment and pride. Of course, tennis fans can look forward to seeing some of the sport's biggest stars. Novak Djokovic, Carlos Alcaraz, Daniil Medvedev, Coco Gauff, Naomi Osaka and Taylor Fritz are among the athletes on the 2025 acceptance list. Before the players hit the court, here is everything to know about the 2025 Miami Open Tennis Tournament...

When does the Miami Open 2025 start?

The Miami Open kicks off March 16.

Where is the Miami Open 2025 taking place?

The tournament is being held at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens.

What are the theme days at the Miami Open 2025?

There will be multiple theme days throughout the tournament, including a Brazilian Heritage Day and Hispanic Heritage Day. If you're attending the tournament, be sure to mark your calendar for these dates:

  • March 16: Opening Day presented by bakerly – The Miami Open's first-ever free fan event will feature family-friendly entertainment and musical performances. Attendees can also watch the Opening Day fashion show, happening on the Fountain Aisles at 3 p.m., which will showcase merchandise from the Miami Open Shop and Lacoste.
  • March 19: Brazilian Heritage Day presented by Itaú – Attendees can enjoy Brazilian performances, as well as coffee specials and Caipirinhas.
  • March 20: Hispanic Heritage Day presented by PNC Bank – Check out performances with Mariachi and Latin-style drummers, plus offerings from Hispanic food partners.
  • March 24: Women’s Empowerment Day presented by Gillette Venus – Women’s Empowerment Day during the tournament will feature pop-ups from female-owned businesses. At 5:30 p.m. that day, there will be a panel, moderated by Jessica Robertson, with Martina Navratilova, Morgan Riddle and Jenny Nguyen.
  • March 25: Out at the Open – To celebrate LGBTQ+ pride, there will be performances and special giveaways.
  • March 27: College Night presented by DoorDash– College night will feature performances from local college DJs, in addition to college mascots and a DashPass Lounge presented by DoorDash.
  • March 29: Kids Day – There will be fun activities for the whole family on Kids Day, including face painting and airbrush tattoos, plus giveaways and live entertainment.

Where to sip and eat at the Miami Open 2025?

Indulge in Miami hot spots while at the tournament. This year's culinary lineup includes Miami Slice, Zuma, Fabel Miami, Bodega Taqueria y Tequila and Kiki on the River. Looking for a refreshment? Guests can enjoy sips at Piper-Heidsieck's glamorous champagne garden. Cocktails and drinks can also be found at the Dobel Tequila Club, La Casa Brugal or the Stella Artois Racquet Club.

How much will the Skyview Gondola be during the Miami Open 2025?

For $10, adults can take in aerial views from the Piper-Heidsieck Champagne Skyview. Kids can ride the gondola for $5.

How much are tickets to the Miami Open 2025?

Single session tickets start at $20, per the Miami Open website, while suites and luxury experiences are said to start at $145.

When is the women's singles final at the Miami Open 2025?

The women's singles final is scheduled for Saturday, March 29.

When is the men's singles final at the Miami Open 2025?

The men's singles final is set to take place on Sunday, March 30.

The Miami Open Wheelchair Invitational 2025

The Miami Open Wheelchair Invitational will be back this year after debuting at Hard Rock Stadium during the 2024 tournament. The 2025 event runs from March 26 to March 28.

The Publix Padel Cup 2025

The Publix Padel Cup is a new addition to the Miami Open this year. The professional padel tournament, sponsored by Publix, will make its debut on March 27 and continue through March 30. “We are delighted to welcome padel for the first time to the Miami Open presented by Itaú and host the Publix Padel Cup,” Tournament Director James Blake said in a press release. “We are also thrilled to welcome back the stars of wheelchair tennis and especially, Dana as our new Assistant Tournament Director. We had an overwhelmingly positive response from the fans who really enjoyed the addition of the wheelchair tennis last year so we are keen to build on that success as well as to integrate padel into our entertainment offering as its popularity continues to soar in the USA.”
