Our surroundings impact our pursuits. That was the case for Priscila Fadul, an Argentine businesswoman raised in a family with over 50 years of experience importing beauty and high-end personal care products. While her idea was never to follow in her family's footsteps, being surrounded by the business from a young age did impact her interest in the topic and brought to the forefront the importance of developing a skincare routine with good products.

More than the business of selling and importing beauty products, Priscila was interested in the chemistry of it all. She wanted to know more about the ingredients that made up her favorite products, prompting her to become an active participant in the development of her own brand, Lendava. Fadul studied engineering and cosmetology in the US. As she began to understand the world of skincare, she wanted to reduce the number of products that people use in their morning and nightly routines, and set out to start her career and company with that goal in mind.

Her research was extensive, involving traveling through different countries, trying out and developing an understanding of new products, and working in labs where she learned how skin works and the best products to treat it. "I knew that a 10-step routine would never work for me, and I was very interested in chemistry, so I began to have conversations with experts to learn what each product did for the benefit of our skin," she said in an interview with ¡HOLA!

"Ever since I was a little girl, I remember traveling with my family and learning the origins of every product for each client. The brands invited us to learn the processes in which their products were developed."

The process of releasing Lendava took three years. Throughout this time, Priscila didn't stop working for an instant. Right when the brand was ready to be released, with two products in its lineup, Priscila learned she was pregnant with twins. She continued to work, practically giving birth to triplets.

The result has been a success, with Lendava selling simple and well-reviewed products that care for and protect your skin. Her brand is all about simplicity, with the products containing the necessary ingredients for a morning and evening skincare routine, perfect for people who go to work every day, travel often, or are taking the first steps on their skincare journeys, or who simply want effective and easy-to-use products.

Her journey is just starting. While Priscila launched her own brand, trends come and go, requiring her and her team to continue to learn more and more about skincare, staying on top of trends and developments to provide the best possible experience for their customers.

"With Lendava, I intended to offer products that go straight to the point, that comply with all the requirements of skincare."

Beyond representing an ambitious and dedicated woman, Priscila is also dedicated to her family, which includes her twins Dante and Romeo, and a little girl named Elena, with whom she lives in Miami. When it comes to her relaxation, a ritual that many women associate with their elaborate skincare routines, Fadul keeps things simple: she cleanses her face with a serum and a hydrating cream, and enjoys herself with a book or by catching up with the news on her phone.
