Rihanna brought high-fashion energy to a Barbados yacht outing, stepping out in a sleek black look and sidestepping the usual beachwear formula. The 37-year-old pop-singer, who is currently back in her homeland to escape the cool winter weather, finished the ensemble with a rare Jeremy Scott x Longchamp Le Pliage bag featuring a Madballs monster motif, setting the tone for a statement-making boat excursion.
As she headed for a yacht trip, the Diamonds singer sported a long sleeved black zipped bodysuit, completing the ensemble with her own Fenty x Puma flip-flops from the March 2025 collaboration, and black aviator shades.
Then, she accessorised in style with a Jeremy Scott Longchamps Le Pliage bag, which was emblazoned with a Madballs monster called Skull Face, with the ultra-rare bag coming from the designer's Spring 2014 collaboration with Jeremy Scott.
RiRi complemented her outfit with rings, a diamond-laden anklet, ear cuff and gold medallion around her neck on a think chain. The iconic pop star, who has three children with her partner A$AP Rocky, has previously opened up about her approach to style, explaining that her fashion instincts have returned to their roots after being "on mom-mode" for a while.
Back in February 2025, she told Harper's Bazaar that she had started reconnecting with what she loves about getting dressed, saying, "Now I’m starting to just remember what I loved about it: the juxtaposition, putting the things together that don’t make sense," adding that, "My fashion has always been driven by my mood, and my mood was on mom-mode for a minute."
However, she still embraced her fashion sense as a parent and even launched a Savage x Fenty maternity line in the summer of 2023 to help women "channel sexiness and feel good". The size-inclusive line featured three bralettes and an oversized graphic tee with "Make More Babies" emblazoned across it.
Rihanna explained to Vogue, "The new maternity capsule is about bringing that confidence and comfort to moms at every stage of their journeys," while also stressing, "I want to remind people that you can still channel sexiness and feel good while being a parent."
She also admitted she loved putting together outfits during her first pregnancy, even if it became challenging after giving birth. Speaking to British Vogue, she said, "Dressing for pregnancy was such a piece of cake," before reflecting on the realities of postpartum dressing as she added, "But dressing in postpartum, what the f*** do you do? The week that I came home from the hospital, that was nothing but sweats and hoodies. But the weeks after that, you don’t know what to put on. Everything is too small or too big," noting that, "You kind of just gotta wait it out otherwise you end up buying so many clothes you’re not going to use," before joking, "Well, unless you get pregnant again."
