The pair were photographed leaving Cucina Alba in West Hollywood on Wednesday evening, arm in arm and dressed in daring, coordinated looks that featured sheer textures.
The former journalist appeared to kick off her birthday celebrations with the glamorous outing, stepping out in Los Angeles just before turning 56. The girls’ night marked an early start to the festivities, with Sánchez embracing a celebratory mood.
Sánchez Bezos, 55, opted for a dramatic outerwear moment, layering a sheer lace top beneath an ankle-length, double-breasted Schiaparelli coat in a rich blue hue.

The outing marked a rare public appearance for Sánchez Bezos without her husband, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, whom she married earlier this year in a lavish multi-day ceremony in Venice, Italy.
The friendship between Sánchez Bezos and Nader dates back to at least 2024, with the pair frequently spotted together in New York, Los Angeles, Europe, and aboard yachts in Italy.
They were last photographed together in July at Parisian restaurant Lapérouse, where both women again leaned into sheer, statement-making looks, cementing their status as a duo unafraid of fashion risk.
Lauren is making the most of her birthday, celebrating with her inner circle, including her loved ones and her famous celebrity friends. She also received plenty of birthday tributes, including one from one of her best friends, Kris Jenner.
