Jenna Ortega proved she’s one of fashion’s most unpredictable and unforgettable stars at the 2025 Met Gala. The Wednesday actress made a dramatic entrance by revealing a paneled metallic dress by Olivier Rousteing, dazzling and posing for the cameras at the highly anticipated event.
Jenna exuded Old Hollywood glamour, stepping out in the strapless dress made out of metal rulers, pairing the ensemble with soft retro waves and a stunning makeup look. She was seen wearing a diamond necklace, matching earrings and rings, and a metallic purse.
The actress looked effortlessly cool, making her way to the Met, wearing a structured black coat before removing it to reveal the full sculpted silhouette of the gown beneath.
Jenna later wore the black coat again and paired it with black sunglasses and sleek styling. Her red carpet appearance comes as buzz builds around the new season of Wednesday.
Season 2 is set to start with Wednesday returning to Nevermore Academy. This time, the fan-favorite character is facing new enemies and new dangers while navigating her relationship with family, friends, and new "supernatural" characters.
Jenna is preparing for a new step in her career.
During an interview with V Magazine, the Wednesday star revealed that she wants to make her debut as a director with a script she has been working on for almost 10 years. Jenna explained that she is ready to bring the project to life, but instead of starring in it, she wants to direct.
“I have a script that I’ve known that I was going to make for almost 10 years. It’s weird because it’s something that I thought of when I was younger and when I first started out in this field, and it’s only now that I’m actually starting to take the steps to get it made, which is really interesting,” she shared with the publication.
