Awards season is officially here. The 83rd annual Golden Globe is just days away, and this week is full of exciting moments. Tomorrow we will see the Red Carpet Rollout at The Beverly Hilton with host Nikki Glaser, and later that evening is the new annual primetime special Golden Eve: The Golden Globes Honor Helen Mirren & Sarah Jessica Parker.

The special will celebrate the 2026 recipients of the Cecil B. DeMille and Carol Burnett Awards. Here's everything you need to know, from how to watch to the presenters, honorees, and more. 

When and How to watch

Thursday, January 8, 2026 8–11 PM ET / 5–8 PM PT

Golden Eve will air live on CBS and stream on Paramount+ in the US.

Presenters and Special Appearances 

 The presenters and special appearances have been revealed, and it's just as star-studded as you would expect to be a part of  “Hollywood’s Party of the Year.”

Harrison Ford

5 time Golen Globe nominee Harrison Ford is Hollywood royalty. He will be presenting Mirren with the award.
