It's Friday, which means we have you covered with this week's hottest musical releases. From pregnant Rihanna's surprise Smurfs collaboration to new albums from Sebastián Yatra, DannyLux, and Beéle, get your playlist ready.

DANNYLUX - SIRENA

Mexican singer-songwriter and guitarist DannyLux drops his new album LEYENDA, a 19-track project that blends his sad sierreño style with sonic experimentation. The focus track, “Sirena,” is a modern corrido ballad about falling under the spell of a mysterious woman. The track comes to life in the short film he co-produced, LEYENDA, which also marks his acting debut. The sky is the limit for the 21-year-old.

Rihanna - Friend Of Mine (from the Smurfs Movie Soundtrack)

Rihanna's fans were begging for new music, but they probably weren't expecting it to come in the form of the Smurfs Movie soundtrack. On Friday, Rihanna surprised fans by dropping a Smurf-filled music video and track called "Friend of Mine." The video includes a few seconds of Rihanna twirling a flower umbrella before turning into animated nostalgia. The whole thing is kind of hilarious.

Thee Sacred Souls - We Don't Have to Be Alone

After back-to-back weekends at Coachella, Thee Sacred Souls are back with new music, releasing "We Don't Have to Be Alone." The soulful trio blends old school sounds, Chicano low riding music, soul, and R&B effortlessly and is a breath of fresh air in the music scene.

Sebastián Yatra - Milagro

Sebastián Yatra has released his first album in three years, Milagro. “This album came out of a profound personal transformation. I learned to see life through the lens of love, calmly, with faith, and with the desire to be part of the miracle of others as well. It is a more generous, more open way of living, which is reflected in every song. My greatest wish is for this album to be a sanctuary, a space where people can reconnect with something deeper within themselves,” shares Yatra.

Beéle - no tiene sentido

Beéle drops his highly anticipated debut album BORONDO, out now. With over 34 million monthly listeners, the Colombian rising star shows off his versatility across reggaetón, pop, Afrobeats, and Caribbean beats. The album features standout collabs with Carla Morrison (“arena”) and Marc Anthony (“Dios me oyó”), plus the perfect party track “No Tiene Sentido."

Yahritza Y Su Esencia - Qué Puedo Perder

Any track that Edgar Barrera is a part of is going to be good. The GRAMMY award-winning producer teams up with Yahritza Y Su Esencia for Qué Puedo Perder. The song, which celebrates immigrant resilience, is the official theme of Telemundo’s music competition Pase a la Fama, premiering June 8.

Fonseca, Rubén Blades - Nunca me fui

Colombian singer-songwriter Fonseca teams up with salsa legend Rubén Blades for “Nunca me fui,” a heartfelt tribute to roots and migration. Blending Latin rhythms and poetic lyrics, the song honors the deep connection to one’s homeland.

Arca - Sola

Venezuelan musician and producer Arca invites you to vibe out with "Sola." The artist shared the track on Instagram, explaining in the caption that this is a "new era."

Prince Royce - I Want It That Way

Prince Royce, the prince of bachata, drops his eighth studio album ETERNO, a tribute to timeless hits. The album turns 13 global classics into bachata, including his sultry take on the Backstreet Boys’ “I Want It That Way."

Ricardo Montaner, Camilo, Evaluna Montaner - Si Tuviera Que Elegir

It's a family collaboration! Evaluna Montaner and her husband Camilo team up with patriarch Ricardo Montaner for a new version of “Si Te Tuviera Que Elegir,” a song he originally wrote 23 years ago for a then 5-year-old Evaluna. The sweet ballad has been a part of their life, and was the song they used for her father-daughter dance at her wedding.
