Beyoncé just made a viral Cowboy Carter tour moment even sweeter. After helping a couple with their onstage gender reveal, she followed up months later by sending them flowers to congratulate them.
The pop icon, 44, surprised the Carlson family with a blue-and-white floral arrangement to celebrate the arrival of their baby boy, months after revealing the news to a stadium crowd. Writing in a post shared on January 25, 2026, father Cameron Carlson wrote, “It’s not every day that the artist of your life sends your family flowers! If only Levi knew how legendary he is!!”
In the same post, Carlson added, “Beyoncé, these are memories that we’ll have forever. Thank you so much for thinking of us and for your kindness and generosity. This was the most amazing surprise, and the arrangement is so beautiful!” He also confirmed that they welcomed their son, Levi Michael Carlson, on December 14th, 2025, sharing photos of the family posing alongside the bouquet and wearing Cowboy Carter tour merchandise.
Looking back at the special moment, he spoke about the baby being “possibly the first baby born as a certified member of the Beyhive!” The emotional exchange on stage dates back to May 28th, 2025, when Beyoncé was wrapping up her fourth show in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
During the performance, she spotted a fan holding a sign asking for help with a gender reveal and addressed them mid-show, telling the audience, “I’ll be back. I’m going to do it later.” True to her word, the Grammy-winning star returned at the end of the concert and announced the couple were expecting a baby boy in front of more than 50,000 fans.
Carlson later wrote of the experience, “We are so grateful that she took the time to do that and the boys are gonna be so excited to hear that Beyoncé announced their baby BROTHER to the world!” He also recalled how the moment unfolded in real time, adding: “She saw our sign earlier in the evening, right before she was going to start a song and said she’d be back, and she kept her promise at the end of the show!!”
The moment quickly spread online, becoming one of the most talked-about fan interactions of the Cowboy Carter tour, which has gone on to make history. According to Billboard’s 2025 year-end touring report, the tour was one of the highest-grossing solo tours of the year, earning $407.6 million from 32 shows and drawing 1.6 million fans
The publication also confirmed Cowboy Carter as the highest-grossing country tour ever recorded, making Beyoncé the first American artist to achieve two tours surpassing the $400 million mark.
