After online rumours linked Karley Scott Collins to Keith Urban following his split from Nicole Kidman, the 26-year-old singer has denied they’re dating. She called this chatter false and exaggerated claims.
In a post on Instagram, Collins reposted a headline suggesting the country singer had moved in with her and made her position clear, writing over the screenshot, “Y’all, this is absolutely RIDICULOUS and untrue,” along with a crying-laughing emoji.
The rumours emerged shortly after Urban finalised his divorce from Kidman earlier this month, following their 19-year marriage. Since then, the Blue Ain’t Your Color singer has been the subject of multiple dating claims, none of which have been confirmed by his representatives.
Collins and Urban do have a professional relationship, having worked closely together over the past year. The rising country artist supported Urban on his High and Alive tour, which began in Alabama in May 2025 and marked her first major arena tour.
Following the shows, Collins took to Instagram to wish the singer a happy birthday. She praised Urban for his kindness and mentorship. She wrote at the time: “Happy birthday @keithurban!!! I am so grateful for the time we spent on the road with you and everything the boys and I had the opportunity to learn from you and your team”.
She continued, “We will never forget how kind you were to us on our first big tour. Feel so lucky to call you a friend!” Despite that public message, Collins has now made clear that their connection is strictly platonic. Representatives for both artists have declined to comment further.
The speculation was fuelled in part by an anonymous claim published earlier this month, which alleged that Urban had moved in with Collins following his separation. Those claims were never substantiated and have now been directly denied by Collins herself.
Urban and Kidman officially finalised their divorce in a Nashville court on January 6, 2026. Court documents show neither party will pay spousal support, and the former couple agreed to a shared parenting plan for daughters Sunday, 17, and Faith, 15, with Kidman as the primary residential parent.
Urban has previously been linked to other women since the split, including a brief rumoured connection to his guitarist Maggie Baugh, which was also dismissed by sources close to the singer.
