Rebecca Loos, David Beckham’s former assistant, has entered the conversation surrounding Brooklyn Beckham’s explosive statement about his family, publicly voicing support for the eldest Beckham child as tensions with his parents continue to play out in real time.
Brooklyn, 26, recently broke his silence in a series of emotional Instagram Stories, accusing his parents, David and Victoria Beckham, of spreading “countless lies” and trying “endlessly to ruin” his relationship with wife Nicola Peltz Beckham.
In response, Loos took to the comment section of her latest Instagram post, where she reacted directly to followers discussing Brooklyn’s remarks.
“So happy he is standing up for himself and speaking publicly finally!!!! I have felt so bad for his poor wife, knowing too well what they can be like!” Loos wrote in reply to one commenter. When another user added, “Fascinating admission from Brooklyn,” the 48-year-old responded simply, “The truth always comes out.”
Loos, who worked as David Beckham’s personal assistant in 2003, has long been linked to controversy involving the Beckham family. She previously alleged that she and David, who married Victoria in 1999, had an affair in 2004, a claim that both David and Victoria have consistently denied.
Despite the denials, Loos has maintained her account for more than two decades, including in a March 2025 interview with 60 Minutes Australia.
“It was a very brave thing to do, to go up against them,” she said at the time, via People.
“I have stuck to the truth. I’ve never exaggerated. I never lied about a single thing. Why? Because I’m going up against the strongest, most powerful couple in the media. And all I had on my side was the truth," she said.
Her recent comments come amid renewed scrutiny of the Beckham family dynamic. In his Instagram statement, Brooklyn alleged that his parents attempted to sabotage his marriage to Nicola, 31, for publicity and to preserve their image.
He also claimed he does not want to “reconcile” with his family and said he was “standing up for myself for the first time in my life.” Among his most serious allegations, Brooklyn accused his parents of attempting to “bribe” him into “signing away the rights” to his name ahead of his 2022 wedding.
Brooklyn also detailed moments he says were particularly painful, including claims that Victoria “hijacked” his wedding dance with Nicola and “danced inappropriately on me,” leaving him “humiliated,” and that she canceled Nicola’s wedding dress at the “eleventh hour.”
He further addressed his and Nicola’s absence from David’s 50th birthday celebrations in May 2025, alleging they were only offered time with David if Nicola was excluded.
David and Victoria, who also share children Romeo, 23, Cruz, 20, and Harper, 14, have denied Loos’ past allegations and have previously spoken about the strain that public speculation placed on their marriage.
In Netflix’s 2023 docuseries 'Beckham,' David reflected on that period, saying, “There was some horrible stories that were difficult to deal with.” He added, “It was the first time that me and Victoria had been put under that kind of pressure in our marriage.”
“I don't know how we got through it in all honesty,” he continued. “Victoria's everything to me. To see her hurt was incredibly difficult. But, we're fighters. And at that time, we needed to fight for each other, we needed to fight for our family. And what we had was worth fighting for.”
