Hailey and Justin Bieber are ringing in the New Year with a sexy throwback. The couple is entering a new year by reminiscing about their long history together, sending a message to their followers that they remain as strong as they've ever been.
In a photo shared on New Year's Eve, Hailey shared a photo of herself and Justin ringing in the New Year 10 years ago, when the two first celebrated the occasion together.
The photo shows them engaged in a passionate kiss, with Hailey wearing shorts and a white top, while Bieber wore a white t-shirt, a blue button-up, shorts, and a hat. "10 New Years and counting," Hailey captioned the post, adding a heart and a middle finger emoji.
Hailey and Justin got married in 2018, welcoming their first child together in 2024, Jack Blues. In past months, Hailey has opened up about her marriage, in particular, the fact that a lot of people want it to fail.
"Just FYI the stories and constant 'blind items' I see on TikTok are 100% of the time wrong," wrote Hailey on March 2024. "Made out of thin air…Come from the land of delusion…So I know it may be fun feeding into these stories but just know they're always false. xx sorry to spoil it."
Hailey and Justin on the challenges of maintaining a long-term relationship
In the past, Hailey and Justin have been open about the challenges they've faced in their marriage and with the changes and challenges that have popped up in their lives.
In an interview with Vogue, Hailey opened up about giving birth to her son, and the strong feelings it prompted. “Being postpartum is the most sensitive time I’ve ever gone through in my life, and learning a new version of myself is very difficult,” she said in May.
"And to be doing that all the while going on the internet every day, and people being like, ‘They’re getting divorced’ and ‘they’re this’ and ‘they’re not happy.’ It is such a mindf--k," she said. "I cannot even begin to explain it. It’s a crazy life to live.”
She's also spoken up about the challenges of parenting a growing child while being two of the most notorious people in the world. "We’re just taking it a day at a time," Hailey said in an interview with GQ. "We both feel very protective of our son and I don’t think that’s ever going to change, but our life is our life and it is really public, so I think we’re just going to cross every bridge that we need to when we get there."
