While waiting for those moments to arrive, the Puerto Rican singer has shared lovely snapshots on social media alongside people close to his heart, starting with his greatest loves: his children.
On December 17, Ricky Martin posted a video on Instagram created as a montage of different moments. “Moments” was the only word the singer wrote in the caption, setting the video to the song "In The Air” by Spoke. The artist began by sharing a few images of himself in front of a mirror, then showed scenes of traveling by road, and finally boarding a private jet.
Although Ricky did not reveal either the origin or destination of the trip, he did share other special moments, starting with a reunion with his friends Eva Longoria and Sofía Vergara, which took place a little over a month ago in Los Angeles. The singer also included random images from concerts, wardrobe fittings, and a few selfies.
The most personal and family-centered part of the post from the “Tu Recuerdo” singer came next, when he shared a couple of photos of his beloved children. Ricky included in his video an image in which he appeared with his children, Lucía and Renn, at the beach. The kids, dressed in their respective swimsuits, looked very happy as they played along the shoreline, completely soaked.
At the end of November, the Puerto Rican star had already shared a similar photo under the caption: “Priorities.” Immediately afterward, Ricky posted a photograph of his twin sons, Valentino and Matteo, who celebrated their 17th birthday this past August. The handsome young men, clearly inheriting their famous father’s good looks, posed hugging each other in what appeared to be a garden gathering. Tino wore an elegant black three-piece suit with a white shirt and tie, while his brother chose a beige plaid outfit with a matching shirt and tie.
Ricky Martin did not share details about these family photos, so it is not known exactly when or where they were taken. What is certain, however, is that these images highlighted the close bond the singer has with his children and how much he enjoys spending time with them and creating new memories together.
Celebrations Ahead for Ricky Martin
The coming days will be full of celebrations for Ricky Martin and his family, and not only because of the season’s holidays. Next week, specifically on December 24, the Puerto Rican singer will turn 54, an occasion he will surely celebrate in grand style. Adding even more meaning to the date, Ricky’s birthday coincides with that of his daughter Lucía, the eldest of the two children he shares with Jwan Yosef, who will be turning seven years old.
The former couple also shares Renn, who celebrated his sixth birthday in October. These celebrations will serve as the perfect lead-up to Christmas and New Year’s for the Puerto Rican star and his loved ones.
