Charlize Theron looks better than ever. The 50-year-old actress recently shared a string of photos where she's wearing a lacy catsuit, prompting plenty of praise from her followers.
Theron shared the photos on her Instagram, as a tribute to the American model and actress Jerry Hall. The photos show her wearing a black lacy catsuit with patterns of flowers and leaves on it.
The suit is designed by Norma Kamali and was worn for her holiday party hosted last weekend. "My homage to the greatest diva... Jerry Hall," reads one of her posts' captions.
Theron completed the look with golden accessories, including some high heels, large hoop earrings, and a thick bracelet. She styled her hair loose and wavy, a look that perfectly suited her bold outfit.
"Oh what a night," she captioned the post.
In a following Instagram post, Theron praised her team of makeup artists and stylists, who helped her nail the final look. "I have the hair and makeup family of champions. I’m nothing without these b**ches," she wrote.
The post amassed a bunch of likes and comments from Theron's followers, celebrities, and fans alike. "Insane," wrote Olivia Wilde.
"Ma'am, you can't just post this without a warning," wrote a fan.
Charlize Theron's comments regarding aging
Charlize Theron is one of the most solid figures in entertainment, having a Hollywood presence for decades. In recent years, as she's aged in the public eye, Theron has opened up about her personal experiences as a public person, especially when compared to her male counterparts.
"I've always had issues with the fact that men kind of age like fine wines and women like cut flowers," she said in a 2023 interview with Allure. "I despise that concept, and I want to fight against it, but I also think women want to age in a way that feels right to them."
She addressed the comments she's received about her appearance and shifting looks. "My face is changing, and I love that my face is changing and ageing. People think I had a facelift. They're like, What did she do to her face?' I'm like, 'B*tch, I'm just ageing! It doesn't mean I got bad plastic surgery. This is just what happens,'" she said.
