The sport is Muay Thai, a martial arts combat sport known for its intense full-body contact, requiring practitioners to use their elbows, knees, shins, and fists to take down their opponents.
Over the past year, Knox has been photographed attending his Muay Thai lessons, with him gaining plenty of muscle definition. He's also competed in Muay Thai tournaments, showing his commitment to his sport.

Those who’ve followed his journey have noticed his discipline often arriving early to training sessions and engaging enthusiastically with his coaches. He also supplements his Muay Thai workouts with outdoor runs, which he's been photographed participating in in different areas of Los Angeles.
In July of this year, Knox participated in the Born to Win Combat Sport competition hosted the day after his birthday. The competition was hosted in Los Angeles, where he ended up taking gold, according to various posts on social media from his Muay Thai academy. He was supported by his sister Vivienne and his mom Angelina Jolie, with the two cheering him on from the stands.

“Now I add in a lot of other sorts of movement, flexibility, and functional training,” said Hemsworth in an interview with Men’s Health. “Bulk is nice, but being more agile is definitely important.” To develop his other muscles, he said he practiced, "A ton of boxing or Muay Thai workouts. I surf a ton, and I do a lot of yoga, too.”
