Nicole Kidman is keeping her daughters informed. The actress was the most recent celebrity guest to attend Sabrina Carpenter's sold-out concert and was the star of the most viral part of Carpenter's show. Kidman's daughter, Sunday Rose, shared a screenshot of her mom's hilarious text before her big moment.
Carpenter's shows often feature celebrities getting "arrested" before her performance of "Juno." It's become one of her show's most famous bits, with Carpenter flirting with them and handing them a set of pink cuffs for the crime of being "too hot." In past months, some of the most notable arrests included Anne Hathaway, Marcelo Hernandez, and now, Nicole Kidman.
Sunday Rose shared a screenshot of her screen, showing Kidman's unintentionally hilarious text. "Hi Baby, I'm heading down to be arrested. X."
Sunday added a commentary of her own, writing, "Thanks mom and Sabrina Carpenter."
Kidman was featured in Carpenter's Nashville concert. "We come to this arena for magic, right?" said Carpenter, referencing Kidman's now iconic AMC Theaters commercial. Once the camera centered on Kidman, Carpenter said, "Oh my goodness. I expected to find love but not my soulmate." Kidman then shared her name and where she was from, with Carpenter replying, "But you live in Nashville, so if things work out between us, then I guess I'm moving to Nashville."
Kidman shared a video of the viral moment on her social media, showing Kidman on the jumbotron as she wore a red shirt and some jeans.
Kidman's personal life
Over the past months, Nicole Kidman's personal life has been under the eye of the public due to her split from her long-term partner, Keith Urban. After 20 years together, the couple confirmed in late September that they were separating, with her filing for divorce shortly after.
Kidman and Urban share two daughters: Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret. Kidman is also the mother of Bella and Connor, whom she shares with Tom Cruise.
Kidman has yet to address the divorce in public, but she appears to have alluded to it in an interview with Harper's Bazaar. "There’s something to knowing that no matter how painful, or how difficult, or how devastating something is, there is a way through," she said when discussing the perks of aging. "You are going to have to feel it, and it's going to feel insurmountable at times. You’re going to feel like you’re broken, but if you move gently and slowly — and it can take an enormous amount of time — it does pass."
