Beatrice Borromeo is mourning the death of Italian fashion designer Giorgio Armani. Following the news of his passing on Thursday, Princess Caroline's Italian-born daughter-in-law took to her Instagram Story to share a photo of herself and the late designer.

"Deep sorrow," she wrote on her story (translated to English). "Yesterday I received a card with his birthday wishes, I still can't believe it. So many memories and what a great loss for his loved ones, for his company, for an entire country."
