Kourtney wore what appeared to be either nipple clamps or faux nipple piercings, connected by a shiny silver chain. The bold styling choice had many wondering if she was wearing an actual intimate accessory or simply leaning into a provocative new fashion trend.
The look came with no caption, with Kourtney posing outdoors, and styling her hair in voluminous waves. While the accessory left fans talking, some weren’t surprised. Back in April 2017, Kourtney teased her interest in the taboo when she posted a Snapchat featuring a boxed set of nipple clamps, captioned, “Nipple clamp ready.”
