Kanye West and his wife Bianca Censori were seen arriving in Shanghai on Friday morning, just hours after their surprise appearance at Los Angeles International Airport raised eyebrows. The couple had been spotted flying commercial, which is an unusual move for the billionaire artist following serious legal accusations unfolding back home.
Dressed in all black and surrounded by security, West, 48, kept a low profile as he exited Shanghai Pudong International Airport. He flashed a peace sign to nearby cameras while shielding his face with sunglasses and a hoodie layered under a vest. His wife Bianca, 30, followed close behind.
Their arrival in China came after a dramatic departure from LAX, where the duo had been seen on Thursday bypassing any VIP services and queuing in the regular TSA line like ordinary travelers. Kanye stood silently as a TSA agent checked his passport, while Bianca turned heads in black micro shorts, a long-sleeved top, knee-high white boots, and a beige cap.
Neither appeared to be carrying any bags, fueling speculation that the couple might be lying low. That pressure comes from newly filed legal claims by Kanye’s former personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who has accused the rapper of sexual assault and harassment in a second amended complaint filed this week in California.
Pisciotta, 36, joined West’s team in 2021 as a music A&R before becoming his assistant and Chief of Staff, described serious accusations during a business trip to San Francisco shortly after she began working with him. The graphic accusation is just one in a long list of disturbing claims.
The complaint also accuses West of stalking her by moving into her apartment complex, and eventually forcing her to relocate to Florida.
Her lawyer, Lisa Bloom, confirmed the new complaint was mailed to West. In a statement to the Daily Mail, Bloom said, "We are pleased that the judge granted our request to file an amended complaint against Mr. West in the sexual harassment, assault and battery case we are litigating against him in California Superior Court, County of Los Angeles"
