Back in March, Page Six also revealed that the two celebs were secretly dating, with the golf legend confirming those rumors just a few weeks later. A source close to Vanessa has now revealed to the outlet that the new couple may be on their way to marriage.
“They’re very serious,” the insider said of their relationship. “Wedding bells serious.”
Although Trump’s friend was eager to confirm the seriousness of their relationship, she wouldn't comment on whether an engagement is currently in the works; however, she did add, “She’s so happy! She’s finally found happiness. She’s found happiness for the first time in her life.”
This surprising update comes not long after the couple tried their hardest to keep their relationship a secret. They were so private about their relationship that Trump didn’t even inform his mother, Bonnie Haydon, according to an insider who spoke to Page Six.
At the time, a second source described their early relationship as “not too serious” but noted that it seemed to be “heading” in a positive direction.
“They have a lot in common. They’ve both gotten used to public scrutiny,” the source said of the bond between Woods and Trump. “They both know how to keep their private life private. They’re both parents.”
While they've both been willing to flaunt their relationship since going public, privacy was top priority at the beginning, with insiders previously telling the outlet that Trump prefers a “very private” life and doesn't like “the spotlight.” Sources also said at the time that the couple wanted to remain low-key as they continued to build their relationship, but just two weeks later, Woods went public with their romance, so it seems like they simply couldn't keep things to themselves.
