Move over, royalty, hip-hop has its reigning princess, and she just doubled down on her crown. Blue Ivy Carter, 13 and already more accomplished than most of us will be by retirement, just clinched her second YoungStars Award at the 2025 BET Awards, proving yet again that the Carter bloodline runs legendary.

While the applause echoed across the Peacock Theater in L.A., Blue Ivy was casually doing her thing in London, performing in front of tens of thousands on the European leg of Beyoncé's Cowboy Carter Tour.

Blue Ivy's win wasn't handed to her on a silver platter. She beat out a stacked list of young talent, including Akira Akbar, breakout actress in "Captain Marvel," actress and entrepreneur Heiress Harris, actor Thaddeus J. Mixson from "Safety," and more.

This was not a light competition. But Blue Ivy's mix of star power, poise, and performance chops clearly struck the right chord with voters.

Though she was born into fame, Blue Ivy's growing accolades aren't just a byproduct of being Beyoncé and Jay-Z's daughter. She's earned them. Last year, she danced her way into viral history alongside her mom on the Renaissance World Tour, showing grace, control, and charisma.

Now, she's doing the same with Cowboy Carter, this time with her younger sister Rumi joining the spotlight.

In a recent ELLE interview, matriarch Tina Knowles spilled some behind-the-scenes tea about the decision to let Blue perform on such massive stages. "It was her mom's decision," Tina said. "But I encouraged it because my girls were allowed to express themselves creatively in any way they chose to… I hope you let her do it."

Tina went on to reveal that Beyoncé was initially hesitant, protective of her daughter, and the pressures of performing in front of crowds of 70,000+. But in classic grandma fashion, she nudged the idea along with love, wisdom, and a bit of, "Well, I would've let you do it."

At this rate, the real question isn't whether Blue Ivy will win more awards— which ones and how soon. Grammy? Already checked that off. BET Award? Two of them. What's next? An Oscar? EGOT before age 18?

With her work ethic and superstar mentorship happening literally at the dinner table, Blue Ivy isn't just growing up in the spotlight; she's owning it.
