Lauren Sánchez’s son Evan is proving that despite keeping their personal life private, the blended family maintains a healthy relationship. The 19-year-old son of the media personality recently celebrated a major milestone alongside Pia Whitesell, the elegant model and actress who is married to his father’s ex-husband, Patrick Whitesell.
Their warm relationship was clear during the high school graduation of Evan’s stepbrother, Lennox Whitesell, Pia’s youngest son. Pia, known for her role on 'Home and Away,' shared photos from the ceremony on Instagram, where Evan appeared alongside Pia, her husband Patrick, and her sons Isaiah and Lennox.
The moment showcased the harmony in their blended family. “Best day ever! Congratulations sweetheart!” Pia wrote, appearing happy and excited for the achievement, in a white dress adorned with sunflowers. Evan’s presence at the graduation marks more than just a family event, as it also shows a genuine closeness between him and Pia.
Pia and Patrick married quietly in 2021, moving from Australia to Los Angeles with her two sons, building a stronger blended family that includes Patrick’s children with Lauren.
Patrick, known for being a powerful Hollywood agent who has worked with the likes of Ben Affleck and Matt Damon, shares two children with Lauren, Evan and Ella.
While Lauren and Patrick divorced in 2019 after 14 years of marriage, they continue to co-parent amicably. Lauren, now engaged to Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, also has a son, Nikko, from a previous relationship.
