Trinity Rodman is scoring big, not just on the soccer field but in the romance department, too. The 22-year-old U.S. Women's National Team forward recently shared a sweet video montage on Instagram of her latest trip to Paris with her boyfriend, and fans are swooning.
Set to a dreamy soundtrack and full of swoon-worthy clips, the post is a curated highlight reel of café dates, stunning views, and cozy couple moments that basically scream main character energy. She captioned the video simply: "No one else."
The City of Love + PDA = Internet Meltdown
The video gives major travel diary vibes: moody rain-soaked streets, golden hour walks, and kisses shared in restaurants. Rodman, known for her fiery plays and electric speed on the pitch, showed a softer, more personal side as she cozied up with her beau. Trinity is currently dating U.S. tennis star Ben Shelton.
Fans filled the comments with a mix of support, heart emojis, and more. "They just go together so well," a person wrote. "Love y'all two together!" another added.
The Rodman Effect
Trinity Rodman is among the youngest players in the NWSL, a breakout star on the national team, and, yes, the daughter of NBA legend Dennis Rodman.
Her social media presence has become just as much about authenticity as athleticism. From mental health advocacy to behind-the-scenes locker room laughs, she's part of a new wave of athletes who are unapologetically themselves.
Her Recovery Journey
On April 19, the Washington Spirit sidelined a 22-year-old U.S. soccer star indefinitely due to a persistent back injury. Over a month later, the Olympian shared an Instagram video showcasing her rigorous physical therapy and recovery efforts.
In the clip, the athlete performed stretches, squats, weightlifting, and exercises with medicine balls, demonstrating her commitment to recovery. According to her caption, Trinity aimed to deliver a message to her detractors. "Yes, I'm grinding almost every day in PT to get back on the field… No, I'm not just being a WAG and vacationing :) Thank you," she wrote. WAG is an acronym that stands for "Wives and Girlfriends" of high-profile athletes.
Shelton is currently playing in the French Open, and had Trinity and his dad, Bryan Shelton, cheering for him on the sidelines.
The couple confirmed their romance in March 2025.
Trinity's back issue isn't a new problem; unfortunately, it cannot be fully "fixed." Rodman recently explained that it is more about long-term management than finding a cure. "It's not one specific thing, it's just the way that my back's structured," she said. "I don't think my back will ever be the way it was my rookie year, which is unfortunate."
