Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco recently made headlines with cheating rumors, but the focus is back to where it should be: their upcoming wedding. The couple has done a really good job hiding the scoop, but Ed Sheeran got strapped up to the lie detector test and started spilling some major details.
Gomez and Blanco have said they are in no rush to start wedding planning, but according to Sheeran, they already have the date! The “Thinking Out Loud” singer revealed that has has already RSVP’d on Vanity Fair's 'Lie Detector' series, and the couple has already sent out Save the Dates.
Sheeran and Blanco have a great personal and professional relationship. He’s co-written several of Sheeran’s songs like “Dive,” “New Man,” “Don’t,” and “Happier.” The music producer was also a guest at his wedding to Cherry Seaborn in January 2018. The intimate ceremony only had 40 guests, which gives you an idea of how close they are.
While Sheeran was on their invite list, he might need to send them some flowers for not only spilling their tea, but the couple is also about to find out he hasn't been dancing to their new music. It seems like the 34-year-old singer still hasn’t listened to their album, I Said I Love You First. He admitted he doesn't have a favorite song but said he bought the vinyl and has just been waiting to hear it on the record player.

What makes Sheeran's admission incredible is that the couple has clearly been trying to keep things under wraps. The pair said in March on the Today show that they haven’t started planning and don’t have a date in mind.
Gomez said she's currently filming season 5 of Only Murders in the Building and added, “He has to do some work stuff, too.” “To be honest, I’m just enjoying us in this moment, and yeah, then we’ll get to start the craziness,” she said.
Blanco echoed her sentiment: “Oh my God, we haven’t even had time to enjoy [the engagement]. Are you kidding me? We go from this, she’s shooting Only Murders, we’re promoting the album, she was at the Oscars. It’s crazy.”
The only thing Blanco said he knew for sure? He wants pickles at their wedding. As for Gomez, she wants her Only Murders in the Building co-star Martin Short to give a speech. “I told him he must... I feel like Marty would have an epic speech,” she said on The Drew Barrymore Show.
