Ivanka Trump decided to share a touching tribute to her late mother, Ivana Trump, nearly three years after her passing. To commemorate Mother’s Day, Ivanka shared rare childhood photos alongside emotional reflections on her mother’s legacy.
“Today, I’m holding close the beautiful memories of my mother, Ivana — her strength, humor, and love continue to guide me every day,” Ivanka wrote, paying homage to her mother’s lasting influence. “I feel her presence in so many moments, especially as I raise my own children.”
In the post, Ivanka shared a carousel of nostalgic photos, showing her and Ivana through the years, from childhood to adulthood. Some pictures also featured Ivana with her grandchildren, offering a glimpse of their close relationship.
The First Daughter also expressed her gratitude for her 98-year-old grandmother, whom she affectionately refers to as "Babi." "I’m also deeply grateful for my grandmother babi, who fills our home with wisdom, grace, and unconditional love."
Ivanka continued, "Her quiet strength is a gift to all of us, and I cherish the bond she shares with my kids." Ivanka’s heartfelt message didn’t stop there. She concluded the post by honoring all the mother figures in her life, thanking those who "pour" love into their families.
In addition to the photos of herself with Ivana, Ivanka included some recent images of her own family. The businesswoman shared photos with her husband, Jared Kushner, and their three children, Arabella, 13, Joseph, 10, and Theodore, 8.

Ivana Trump tragically died in July 2022 at the age of 73 after falling down the stairs at her New York City home. An autopsy confirmed the death was accidental, citing "blunt impact injuries."
Ivanka’s father, President Donald Trump, mourned Ivana’s passing on Truth Social, referring to her as “a wonderful, beautiful and amazing woman, who led a great and inspirational life.” He added that her “pride and joy were her three children,” which included Ivanka, Donald Jr., and Eric Trump. Ivana and Donald were married from 1977 to 1990.
