Jessica Alba is turning the page, and she's doing it with love, laughter, and three kids who clearly adore her. The "Honey" and "Trigger Warning" star, 44, just celebrated her first Mother's Day since filing for divorce from husband of 15 years, Cash Warren. And instead of dwelling on the split, she shared a powerful message about motherhood, resilience, and the kind of joy that only comes from being someone's mom.

With a carousel of sun-drenched, sweet, and silly family photos on Instagram, Alba gave fans a glimpse into what healing looks like. It is time with her three kids, daughters Honor, 16, and Haven, 13, and son Hayes, 7, and a whole lot of gratitude.

A Mother's Day Message That Hits Home

In the caption, Alba got real and vulnerable. "Thank you to my babies for choosing me to be your mama," she wrote. "For the deepest, most profound love — the belly laughs and the mirror that is quite humbling but also very grounding."

It was a message that spoke to the messy beauty of parenting. She continued, "Nothing in life compares to the gift of being your mom."

She also paid tribute to her mom, Cathy Alba, calling her "my biggest cheerleader" and "such a good time."

From Divorce to Devotion

This year's Mother's Day held extra weight for Alba. In February, she filed for divorce from Cash Warren, citing irreconcilable differences. The documents, filed in Los Angeles County, listed their separation date as December 27, 2024. Alba requested joint custody and asked that her name be restored to Jessica Marie Alba.

Still, despite the end of their marriage, Alba and Warren have intentionally kept things respectful and child-centered.

In a heartfelt Instagram statement earlier this year, Alba made it clear: "We are moving forward with love and kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family." She emphasized that their children remain the top priority.

Co-Parenting in Real Time

In April, just weeks before Mother's Day, Alba and Warren spent Easter with their kids, and she shared that moment, too.

The family looked relaxed and joyful as they posed in front of blooming rose bushes, with Hayes on the hunt for eggs and everyone soaking up the sunshine. The video montage set to Bill Withers' "Lovely Day" was pure vibes.

Alba ended her Mother's Day post with a shoutout to all the other moms in the trenches, the ones doing their best, navigating chaos, and showing up every day. "Happy Mother's Day to all the beautiful mamas out there," she wrote, "holding it down with love, grace, and heart — there's no manual, we are all doing our best… wishing us all grace and releasing our illusions of perfection."

She's Thriving

Alba, who co-hosts Honest Renovations and founded The Honest Company, has always been transparent about the highs and lows of motherhood. But this season of life, post-separation, in the public eye, and still keeping her family close, shows a different side of her.
